Shipping Policy - Please call for actual shipping charges Basses are far too large to ship by UPS or Federal Express. If you decide the Bass doesn't fit your needs, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from. If the bass arrives damaged, you will have to file with the carrier service for a claim. It's your responsibility to open the box at the time the bass arrives in front of the delivery person as a witness to ensure that there isn't any damage during shipping. If there is damage, make sure the carrier service takes the bass back to be returned for replacement.
